Refund Policy

If Pastezo Pro is not right for you, you can get your money back within 14 days of any payment, including renewals. No questions asked.

How to ask

Write to hello@pastezo.app from the email you used to buy, or reply to your receipt. We refund through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, to the original payment method. The money usually arrives within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

After 14 days

You can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund partial periods after 14 days, but if something went wrong, write to us anyway: we will look at every case.
